Remote healing works wonders but…
Sometimes a physical “boost” that involves the physical senses can be of great assistance.
If our body is in stress and has inflammation, this hinders us from healing on the physical, emotional AND spiritual levels.
For example, when we use a Root Chakra spray, it helps us to ground and even give us that “oomph,” depending on the intention set forth.
