Minors

Our shop is open to all ages. However, minors receiving in-person services must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. By completing a purchase on behalf of a minor, the accompanying adult accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf.

Payments

We accept payment via PayPal, major credit cards, and Venmo. All transactions are processed securely through our payment processors. We do not store your full payment information on our servers. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor.

Shipping

Physical products are shipped within the continental United States and Hawaii. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

Returns and Refunds

Physical products may be returned within 7 days of receipt in original, unused condition. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thatahamoment.com before sending any items back.

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded. Services are non-refundable once rendered. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
