Crystal Therapy/Massage

This unique and powerful therapy incorporates native american and modern cleansing rituals of your aura while balancing your chakras and stimulating your body’s electrical biofield.

First we start with clearing the aura, then move onto balancing the energy centers.  Then the body is fully ready to release and receive the piezoelectrical charges. 

*The complete package is RECOMMENDED unless you are receiving an occasional cleansing of energies that you may have picked up between sessions.

Chakra Guided Meditation/Balancing “Massage”: $85

Using toning and tapping techniques along with the guided  imagery meditation, your energy centers are opened, purified and balanced. 

Crystal Light Therapy Massage: $85

Lemurian crystal wands are used to activate and create piezoelectrical charges that interacts with one’s own electromagnetic field, releasing blockages to create a synergistic blend of body, mind and spirit.

Biofield Healing Immersion TM works on your ENTIRE vibrational field, working in the Quantum field, encompassing one’s mental, physical, emotional and spiritual aspects.

The Quantum field contains energy that is associated with you and therefore, contains information about you.  So, when there is something that is not in “alignment”, it can be “detected” in the quantum field and the energy can be worked on to clear it.  This is why this method is extremely helpful when trying to release emotional trauma or even to clear the way for emotions to begin to be released or emerge.

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy

The Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT – Dolores Cannon’s Technique) takes you into a semi-sleep, semi-awake state… The Theta state.  This is a state where you are able to access information that you might normally not be able to while fully conscious because it is just below our conscious mind, which is labeled the Subconscious and lies in the Theta frequency.   Some may call this your Higher Self.

It is said that the Theta state is when we begin to start dreaming and this is where infinite knowledge and unconditional love is held.

Hypnosis involves taking you back to past lives, where you may access information that may help you in your current lifetime.

Are you looking for alternative ways to heal your body of stress, inflammation and dis-ease?

The method Jan uses was developed by Lone Sorensen, called “Facial Reflex Therapy Sorensensistem™.”   This system encompasses different types of micro systems that covers the neuro, muscular, anatomy and physiology.  And, by “feeling” an individual’s feet, hands or face, Jan is able to identify imbalances in the client’s health.

Facial Reflexology:
This method incorporated meridians and acupressure points, “zones” on the face and scalp to stimulate reflex points and nerve points.  Because this work is close to the brain the points used on the face seem to be much more effective in stimulating the nervous system which sends impulses to the targeted part of the body.

As a side perk, many find that their face becomes “uplifted” and “rejuvenated” because of the stimulation of the muscles and lymphatic drainage techniques that are also used.

In combination with the Sorensensistem Jan uses the Avacen Machine, Foot Reflexology (with Essential Oils) before the Facial Reflexology session to enhance your experience.

This combination is Jan’s recommended overall protocol.

Cranial Sacral

Note:  The full therapy Jan recommends is a session that integrates Cranial Sacral integrated with reflexology and/or energy work.

Cranial Sacral Therapy is a very gentle therapy that involves working with the cranial sutures, membranes of the brain, spine and sacrum.  Gentle and subtle movements helps with energetic congestion that may be interrupting the body’s normal rhythm and energy flow.

Jan now offers various levels of Cranial Sacral Therapy so a Consultation Session is recommended prior to your first visit.
